The Aging Gracefully Series
The Aging Gracefully Series features monthly seminars on topics relevant to older adults. We hope you'll find these events helpful in living a healthy, active, and independent lifestyle. All seminars are held at Maximum Performance Physical Therapy and Fitness located at 426A McCall Rd. All seminars are FREE to the public. Even though these seminars are part of our SilverSneakers(R) program for older adults, anyone of any age is welcome to attend. There's always room in our lives to learn something new. Free refreshments are provided at each seminar.
