Social events and speakers:
In addition to classes, we offer social events and guest speakers each month for our older adult gym family. Socials are a great way to get to know other SilverSneakers® participants. The Aging Gracefully Series features monthly seminars on topics relevant to older adults. These seminars allow us to expand our minds by learning new and interesting information. Classes Offered

Muscular Strength and Range of Movement:
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. See Class Schedule
Cardio Circuit:
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head to toes stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position. See Class Schedule
YogaStretch:
Improves flexibility, balance, lower body strength, and overall well-being. Exercises are performed either seated in a chair or standing and include postures, stretching, and movement combined with restorative breathing. See Class Schedule
