David Brandenburg, DPT, CSCS
Physical Therapist
David received his Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University in 2004 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2007. Pursuing his doctorate degree provided him the opportunity to complete several specialized residencies in orthopedics and sports medicine. He is a native of Riley, Kansas and enjoys Kansas State athletics. As an undergraduate, he had an integral part in the development of Maximum Performance Physical Therapy and Fitness.
Stephanie Grams
Physical Therapist Assistant
Born and raised in Parsons, KS, Stephanie graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training from Kansas State University in 2002. She then went on to earn an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Jefferson County Community College in Louisville, KY in 2006.
Stephanie has been an employee of Maximum Performance Physical Therapy and Fitness Center since October 2006. She also helped design and establish the women's health program at Maximum Performance.
Scott Johnson
Physical Therapist
Scott graduated from Kansas State University in 1992 with a B.S. in Life Sciences. He then went on to graduate from University of Kansas with a Master’s of Physical Therapy in 1994. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Sport Medicine Section. Scott has been practicing physical therapy for 14 years with emphasis in musculoskeletal injuries. He has extensive training in functional strengthening and manual therapy. He enjoys working with athletes of all kinds and helping people to live healthier, active lives. Scott grew up in Riley, Kansas and enjoys following the local high school teams as well as Kansas State. If you can’t find Scott at Maximum Performance, he is probably coaching one of his daughter’s sports teams, attending a sporting event or out for a bike ride.
Stephanie Johnson
Physical Therapist
Stephanie graduated from Kansas State University in 1992 with a B.S. in Life Sciences and received her Master’s Degree in physical therapy in 1994 from the University of Kansas. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. During her 14 years of practice, she has worked with a wide variety of people, from neurological to musculoskeletal, pediatric to geriatric. She enjoys variety and has concentrated her manual therapy and neurological training to help people with temporary aches and pains, as well as chronic diseases. She likes to volunteer at her children’s school and share her passion for physical therapy with anyone that has time to listen!
Stephanie also helped design and establish the women's health program at Maximum Performance.
Our Office Staff
Dedicated office staff will help you from the time you make your first appointment to the celebration of your success with physical therapy. Our staff are experts in assisting you with your scheduling conflicts, insurance questions, and follow up care. Do not hesitate to speak with them in person or call them with any questions you may have.
Physical Therapist Technicians will provide support to the physical therapist to ensure that your visits are efficient and timely. Each technician receives specialized training directly from the physical therapist and must pass our competency examination before assisting any of our patients.
