Meet Our Trainers

Personal trainers at Maximum Performance Physical Therapy & Fitness are required to hold a certification from an approved accrediting organization, they have previous work experience as a personal trainer, and continue to improve their knowledge by attending fitness related educational courses while training. Our trainers provide a complete fitness assessment at the first training session and establish objective goals that meet the individual client’s needs, based upon the assessment. They provide guidance and motivation to achieve their client’s goals and reassess their client’s on a routine basis to modify the programs for the most successful outcomes.

 

Matt Hoffman

Personal Trainer

 

Matt Hoffman is a graduate of MTTI Wellspring. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Matt strives to help clients meet and exceed their fitness goals with dynamic exercises and strong motivation. In his spare time, Matt enjoys mountain biking, taking his dog on runs, exercising, and riding motorcycles. Some of the training areas in which he specializes are:

Jeremy Keen

Personal Trainer

 

Hi! I’m Jeremy.  I’m a Kansas City native, but have lived in Manhattan for the past four years. I just graduated from K-State with my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and am currently pursuing my Masters degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on cardiovascular physiology. In addition to CrossFit certification, I am currently seeking CSCS certification. I love competition and sports!  I’ve played many sports including football, soccer, track, and wrestling.  I was a member of the K-State wrestling team. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, going out with friends, listening to music, and enjoying the outdoors.  It is my personal goal to encourage and motivate you to perform at your full potential.  For training, I focus on the 10 general physical fitness skills:
