Meet Our Trainers

Personal trainers at Maximum Performance Physical Therapy & Fitness are required to hold a certification from an approved accrediting organization, they have previous work experience as a personal trainer, and continue to improve their knowledge by attending fitness related educational courses while training. Our trainers provide a complete fitness assessment at the first training session and establish objective goals that meet the individual client’s needs, based upon the assessment. They provide guidance and motivation to achieve their client’s goals and reassess their client’s on a routine basis to modify the programs for the most successful outcomes.

Trebor Besser

Personal Trainer

I graduated from K-State in May 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, and I plan on attending Physical Therapy school as well. I am an A.C.E certified personal trainer. I am also certified in first aid and CPR.   I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, as well as doing anything outdoors whether it is camping, hiking, or playing any type of athletics.

I have been personal training since December of 2007.  I began training at the K-State Recreational Complex, and concluded my time there after I graduated.  I began training at Maximum performance in August of 2009.  I believe in using constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity to train.  In doing so I am able to help individuals achieve their goals, whether that is to lose weight, maintain weight, increase cardiovascular endurance, increase strength, or simply achieve a higher level of functioning.  I enjoy working with all clients from the most basic all the way to the athlete looking to reach their next level of performance.
